Intuitive Return to Self & Soul
Welcome to The Reconnected Mom, a space where mothers release perfectionism, reconnect with their roots, and return to the deep wisdom of the body and soul. I guide mothers back to their inner fire — the place where intuition, authenticity, and self-trust live. Through gentle, embodied guidence, I help you unwind the pressures of modern motherhood and rediscover the parts of yourself that feel grounded, inspired, and whole.

The heart behind the reconnected mom

Hannah—Maternal Wellness Facilitator
My work is rooted in both lived experience and a deep passion for supporting women through the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of motherhood. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and work in a women’s residential treatment setting, where I support women and mothers navigating substance use recovery, emotional regulation, and rebuilding a sense of self.
I’m also a mother of two young children, and my own journey through postpartum depression, anxiety, and birth has shaped everything I offer. I’ve experienced both a planned cesarean and an unmedicated VBAC—each bringing its own form of empowerment and its own healing journey. These experiences led me to become deeply passionate about informed consent in pregnancy and birth, and about creating spaces where women feel supported in their choices and their voices.
My approach blends somatic healing, breathwork, yoga, grounding practices, and energy awareness. I work with the body as much as the mind—honoring the nervous system, emotional expression, and the subtle layers of healing that often go unseen. I also value a balanced approach to care, honoring both holistic practices and a strong foundation in mental health and psychological support.
Outside of this work, I’m a homeschooling mother, a business owner, and someone who feels most connected when rooted in nature. Time outdoors, slowing down, and returning to the body are all central to how I live and how I guide others.
Every space I hold is trauma-informed, consent-based, and intentionally structured to create safety, presence, and real connection. This work isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you come back to yourself.
